					<description>Yeah my Inspiron 8500 worked flawlessly for 18 months, then the grahics card failed, the keyboard got 'sticky', and now in it's 3rd year a fully charged battery lasts only 45 minutes! As far as I know my 8500 isn't even covered by the recall! 

I suggest buying the extended warranties if your going to get a Dell.</description>
