					<description>Personally I think host's and ISP's should be taking more of a hardline to network abuse. I have found in many cases the RIR "whois" databases to be out of date. Hosts and ISP's should be enforced to keep these details up-to-date! Who and how is probably half the problem in the first place...</description>
